  • Employed as a critical care specialist at the University of Pennsylvania (2001-2011)

Dr. Syring is married to James Spangler.  They have 2 dogs: a boxer named Maxwell and a lovable mixed breed named Foster and one very old cat who accompanied Becky through veterinary school.  In her free time she enjoys working out (spinning and weight training) as well as gardening and home renovations.
