- Over 20 years construction experience
- OSHA authorized trainer
- Held safety officer position at UPS and Axis Construction
- World Safety Organization member
- Taught building maintenance at JEVES
- AAS in Psychology and Behavioral Health and Human Services from the Community College of Philadelphia
- Joined VSEC in 2007
Sam enjoys spending time with his son and their rescue pets: a Pit Bull Terrier (Demy), two cats (Harpo and Conan) and five fish. His favorite activities include boating on the Delaware River and hiking the Wharton State Forest and Delaware Water Gap. Sam is also a Boy Scout Council Member.
