Our emergency & specialty services remain open 24/7 for our patients. We have adjusted our intake and triage process to minimize the risk of COVID19 exposure for our clients and team by implementing low/no-contact points of service, including curbside check-in. Prior to your visit and upon arrival, please call our hospital and we’ll instruct you on next steps and answer any questions you may have. Here’s what to expect during your visit:
A team member in protective clothing will walk your pet to the appropriate department for your visit and ask you to wait in your vehicle or outside. During the exam, your doctor will call or video chat with you to discuss their findings/recommendations. Lastly, discharge instructions, medications and payment will be handled by phone and/or at your vehicle once the visit is complete. We’ll then return your pet to you and you can be safely on your way! We appreciate your cooperation with these changes to keep everyone safe so we can continue to be here for you and your furry family members. We’re all in this together!
