A board certified veterinary specialist has completed a 4-year undergraduate degree and 4 years of veterinary school, followed by a 1-year internship and 3-year residency in their specialty. They must also pass a credential review and specialty board examinations to receive credentials as a board-certified specialist. At VSEC, our board-certified specialists offer the latest in state of the art equipment and patient care.
