Lend-a-Paw Foundation

VSEC spends thousands of dollars every year to provide free and low cost care to lost and abandoned pets and to pets whose owners may be experiencing a financial crisis. VSEC created this foundation in partnership with the Veterinary Care Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable foundation, in order to expand our efforts to help pets in need. Since the foundation’s administrative expenses are funded through VSEC’s membership dues, 100% of every dollar donated to VSEC Lend-a-Paw Foundation is used to treat sick or injured animals. Pet Loss Support

At the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center, we understand the loss of a pet can be a heart-wrenching experience. Through our pet bereavement support group, VSEC offers you a place to connect with others who have experienced a similar loss.
